CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE

Center-Line has the experience and capabilities to work with different types of plastics, ferrous and nonferrous materials. We can accommodate all of your needs,

prototype, short run and or larger production orders.

In particular we manufacture hydraulic fittings, pneumatic components, shafts, rods, spindles, crane wheels, mechanical parts for securing equipment such as but not limited to: fasteners, nuts, bolts, spacers, washers, studs, pins and various other mechanical parts for assemblies. Many of these components are manufactured to sustain harsh and extreme elements. All products and components are custom machined per customer specified drawing or special order by reverse engineering. In addition, we offer short lead times, fast personalized delivery and customer friendly service.

TURNING

Center-Lines turning centers consist of five Mazak two axis lathes. Our lathes can be easily set up for rapid prototyping to low and high-volume production.

MILLING

Center-Line has two Haas milling machines that have four axis capabilities and feature wips probing system.

In November '22 we added two new SMART Milling centers to our milling department.

We also have a Bridgeport manual mill for detail applications.

BROACHING

Center-Line is equipped with 3 broaching machines ranging in sizes from 1/2 ton- 7 ton. We can accommodate short run and larger production orders and offer rapid turnaround.
